If you are only able to view 6 personal at a time it means you only have a 6 user licence key and need to upgrade should you require additional user viewing

Pinpoint is equipped with an auto update feature; when the application is launched it will automatically check for any updates and you can decide whether you would like to upgrade or not
Yes; every time the application is launched it will automatically check for updates
Updates are only made available in two ways "Compulsory" or "voluntary" - Compulsory is required to ensure the normal function of the application and voluntary is a minor enhancement to the application and does not need to be updated.
Standard fixes\updates will not be charged for however if there is any added functionality\features there will be a cost involved

You need to open up the pinpoint application and click the "friends" tab then the "add" button and insert your friends "username"

No you do not; you can tick the "Auto login" field; this will allow you to be logged in every time the application is launched
When launching the application you will be taken too the login screen; if you have not registered you can click on the "Register" icon and fill in the required fields for registration

The remember me field allows for the application to remember the users Username on start-up
The Auto Login field allows for the automatic login of a user when the application is launched
This icon indicates that the user has not yet accepted your request; and will not allow you to track the user

Once in the Pinpoint Mobile Application Click - Profile - Edit the details you wish to change then click - update (Remember: You will not be able to change the Username field)

You need to click the username being displayed on the Leaf Grid™; then change the alias to the desired name; and click "Update"
These features will only be made available if a user is associated to an Outlook contact that contains the Email; and mobile number fields.

The colour of the "username\Alias" on the Leaf Grid™ will be green.

These lights indicate the accuracy of the user being tracked. GREEN – A GPS position was received at the expected time. YELLOW – A Cellular position was received at the expected time. RED – No position was expected at the expected time.
This circle indicates that there was no GPS signal at the time and the location was calculated to the nearest cellular tower.
Unfortunately the username is limited to a maximum of eight and minimum of 3 characters.

You get a two user viewing licence when you purchase the Pinpoint Desktop software and can purchase individual viewing licence as they are needed.

Windows is designed to work only on the Windows Mobile platform
The Pinpoint Desktop version works with Windows Xp 32-bit edition only and above

Yes you would need to launch the Pinpoint Desktop application after installation and click the " Register" button to register and gain access into the system

Zoom in and out by using the scroll wheel on the mouse. Pan the map by using the cursor keys , or the arrow keys in the numeric keypad with NumLock =OFF. Left click and drag out a rectangle around the area you would like to zoom in to. Pan (move around) by right-clicking on the map and dragging the mouse. Use the grey ‘plus’ and ‘minus’ buttons in the map control bar zoom in and out in discrete steps.

You would need to go into the friend management screen and view the list of friends that have "See me" Accepted
You would need to oprn the Leaf Pinpoint Tracker application and click on the "Profile" tab there you can change all your details except the "Username" field. Once completed press accept to update the settings
You would need to launch the application and when the login screen appears click the "Register Tab"
Open the application and click on the "Position" icon - from this window you will be able to view your last successful transmission

We will release new available firmware on the www.leafpinpoint.net website under the Support - Downlaod section; which you can cross reference with the firmware on your device on your Geo-pin Configuator
You will need to insert the CD that came with the Geo-pin into your PC; once the auto-launch pops up click the install Geo-pin Configurator and follow the installation instructions
You would need to install the standalone geo-pin configurator onto your PC once installed; open up the application and change the Quick Dial 1/2 fields with the required number
